No Win No Fee

We operate on a no win no fee basis, also known as a ‘conditional fee agreement’, guaranteeing that if your case isn’t successful there’s absolutely no cost to you, and you’ll never be out of pocket.

If your case is successful, you’ll be required to pay the fees that we agreed with you at the start of your claim and you won’t be required to pay any more. We have no hidden costs or fees.

There are some rare exceptions to no win no fee agreements and should these apply to you, we will explain why very simply, making sure that you fully understand your situation and your options.

Covering the cost of unsuccessful cases

When we take on any case, it’s really important to have insurance in place at the start of the claim to cover any costs in the event that your case is unsuccessful. This insurance protects you from any cost and is known as ‘before the event’ (BTE) or ‘after the event’ (ATE) insurance.

‘Before The Event’ insurance is sometimes included in an existing insurance policy such as your home or motor insurance policy and in some events, you might already have BTE insurance cover from your union, professional membership, or any credit cards you own. When we first take on your case, we will help you to understand if you have the correct BTE cover.

‘After The Event’ insurance is specific post-accident insurance which you may need to take out if you do not have BTE insurance. If you need to do this, we will help you with the process and explain the fees so that you can make a decision.
